THE CATEGORIES

The Top 15 nominees in each category will advance as Finalists.

The Finalist receiving the highest number of votes will be announced as the winner during the Awards Ceremony.

Finalists in the Food & Drink categories are required to participate in a judging day held in Edinburgh. Winners in these categories will be determined by a panel of judges and revealed at the Awards Ceremony.

Please note, you are able to enter a product into multiple categories where you see fit. You can enter different products into each category but can only submit one per category as a business.

Eligibility

1.1. Entry is open to individuals, teams, or organisations who meet the criteria specified in the awards category.

1.2. Entrants must be of legal age in their country of residence unless otherwise specified.

1.3. Submissions must relate to work completed within the eligibility period stated on the awards website or official materials.

Submission Guidelines

2.1. All entries must be submitted through the official submission portal by the published deadline.

2.2. Each entry must be complete, accurate, and truthful. Incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

2.3. Entrants may submit multiple entries. Only one product can be submitted to a category. However, entrants can submit to multiple categories where they see reasonable fit.

2.4. Supporting materials must be owned by the entrant or properly licensed with permission for use.

Fees and Payments

3.1. There are no entry fee’s.

Judging and Awards

4.1. All entries are based on nominations and then votes. All finalist’s are required to submit their products to a judging day where a panel will evaluate and chose inhouse awards which will be announced at the awards ceremony.

Intellectual Property and Publicity

5.1. By submitting an entry, you grant the organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted materials for promotional and marketing purposes related to the awards.

5.2. Entrants retain ownership of all intellectual property in their submission.

5.3. Finalists and winners may be required to provide high-resolution materials and additional information for promotional purposes.

Confidentiality

6.1. All submissions will be handled with reasonable confidentiality by the organisers and judges.

6.2. Any proprietary or sensitive information should be clearly marked as such, though entrants are advised not to include confidential trade secrets.

Disqualification

7.1. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules or that may damage the reputation of the awards.

7.2. Plagiarised, fraudulent, or misleading submissions will be immediately disqualified and may result in a ban from future participation.

Limitation of Liability

8.1. The organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, lost files, or other failures outside their control.

8.2. The organiser is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by participants in connection with the awards submission or ceremony.

Changes to Terms

9.1. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the official website.
